LL 0640 AA/KJ
Main application and Features:
LL0640AA and LL0640KJ are linear low density polyethylene copolymers containing butene-1 as a co-monomer.The LL0640AA and LL0640KJ are specially designed for the production of high quality cast films such as non-stick layer for display packaging, bubble wrap and stretch film.
LL0640AA & LL0640KJ have the following advantages:
- High melt flow rate for high output casting extrusion.
- The perfect combination of strength and stiffness.
- High brightness and clarity.
The melt temperature range in the casting process is normally 220oC-260oC and 160oC-215oC for oil-free mixtures for blown film.
LL0640AA & LL0640KJ should be stored in dry condition below 50oC and should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
* LL0640AA and LL0640KJ are suitable for food contact.
